About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Patient Access Associate to join our growing Early Access Programs team, supporting Health Care Professionals in accessing Compassionate Use Medicines on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you\'ll play a crucial part in guiding Health Care Professionals through the process of requesting investigational medicines — ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements before shipment, and upholding our commitment to patient centricity.
What will your job look like?
- Be the primary point of contact for Health Care Professionals on Early Access Programs, helping them complete patient requests efficiently and accurately
- Manage interactions with professionalism and empathy — particularly in situations where customers may be distressed
- Advise on the regulatory landscape in each market (with support from the Patient Access Managers and Bionical Regulatory team)
- Ensure all quality, compliance, and country-specific regulatory requirements are met
- Actively promote patient centricity throughout all program interactions
What will you need to succeed?
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Native German Speaker
- Demonstrated commitment to improving patient access to treatment
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate issues and suggest practical solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
- A compelling communicator who can manage expectations and drive positive outcomes
