About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Sales Consultants. This is an entry-level role, perfect for those wanting to start their career in sales. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be placed into one of our product teams - such as commercial energy or telecommunications, and you’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners who’ve submitted an online enquiry.

Your job is to reach out quickly, confirm their details, and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials, before passing the lead onto our expert sales closers.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers who have submitted a real-time website inquiry
  • Verifying customer information and assessing if we can assist them
  • Transferring qualified customers to the relevant sales agents within Bionic
  • Maintaining call records and noting important information on our Salesforce platform
  • Working towards weekly and monthly targets and KPIs
