We\’re looking for a Technical Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Commercial Team. About the role In this role, you will play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our broking operations. In this detail-focused role, you\’ll ensure policies are accurately administered, disclosures are on point, and insurer partners are aligned. You\’ll also provide critical feedback to colleagues, support team training and inductions, and take ownership of regular operational processes. Whether it\’s analysing issues, supporting strategic projects, or collaborating with our training team to flag development areas, you\’ll be at the heart of safeguarding service excellence and driving better outcomes for our customers. Key responsibilities: Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold. Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion. Ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date for reporting purposes. Provide support to the Broking team as required. Take a role in the induction of new members of the broking team, including test calls and live call listening. Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified. Take ownership of processes including daily, weekly, monthly tasks. Supporting with ongoing projects within the Insurance commercial team. Escalating issues and ensuring we close the loop with feedback/training and resolution to issues, including investigating and analysing issues, reviewing data and root cause analysis. Assisting with ongoing business projects. About you This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and high performing team, you\’re likely to have similar experience previously, and be able to demonstrate: Required skills & experience: Familiar with Acturis insurance broking software required. Have a good understanding of the Microsoft office suite of products, specifically Excel. Demonstrate excellent listening and written skills. Great attention to detail. Confident in your own decision-making skills and with conveying information to others. Be an ambitious learner eager to understand and suggest improvements to processes Enjoy working both as part of a team and under your own initiative. Be prepared to travel and work alongside the sales agents within Bionics\’ offices including London and Luton. Desirable experience: CII qualification an advantage however full CII exam support is funded by Bionic. Previous experience within Insurance in either broking, claims or underwriting, across personal or commercial lines, experience within commercial property or liability would be advantageous.
