To support our exciting plans, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team and drive high‑quality hiring across the business, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while helping us attract diverse, top‑tier talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bionic, you’ll play a key role in powering our growth by finding, engaging and hiring brilliant people across a range of functions. You’ll own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, moving at pace without compromising quality, and ensuring we consistently bring in talent that raises the bar. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, working collaboratively to provide recruitment expertise, insight and guidance to help them hire the best possible talent. Quality of hire matters to us, so you’ll focus on bringing in people who both perform and add to our culture. You’ll be proactive, creative, and someone who thrives on momentum. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple roles, building strong pipelines, and keeping processes moving with energy and precision.

What you’ll be doing
- End‑to‑end recruitment delivery
- Own full lifecycle hiring across a variety of roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Deliver a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience that reflects the Bionic brand
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Stakeholder partnership
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise and insight
- Run effective role briefings and set clear expectations on timelines and outcomes
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, proactive communication
Sourcing & attraction
- Proactively source talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals and networking
- Create engaging job adverts and outreach messaging that attracts the right candidates
- Continuously explore new ways to improve how we attract diverse, high‑quality talent
Process improvement & insight
- Use data and insight to inform hiring decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements to our recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
- Support wider Talent and People initiatives where needed
About you
- Some experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment
- Sourcing capability and confidence engaging candidates proactively
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- A focus on quality of hire, candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
- A delivery mindset; you’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Curiosity and willingness to improve how things are done
