About the Role

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential business customers. You will make outbound calls to business owners, understand their needs, determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials, qualify leads, and build strong customer relationships before handing them over to senior sales consultants. This phone-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to develop professional sales skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing business customers
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
  • Building rapport and providing a world‑class customer experience
  • Supporting customers as their trusted point of contact
  • Generating leads for the sale of our products across Energy, Connectivity, Finance & Insurance
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and KPIs

About You

  • No previous sales experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly
  • Enjoy working towards targets and measurable goals
  • Are comfortable switching between different product areas (energy, insurance, telecoms)
