The role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Receptionist to join our Luton site, who shares our drive and wants to be part of a team that's doing its best work every day. We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to add to our culture and help ensure our office runs smoothly at all times. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing staff/visitors via our scan in system (Net2)
- Issue visitor and staff passes
- Accept daily deliveries and post
- Schedule meeting rooms and maintain the reception calendar
- Ensure the reception area and downstairs kitchen is clean and tidy
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and printing
- Order weekly office supplies
- Order stationery and maintain stockroom
- Monitor reception CCTV
- Lock up revolving door/emergency exit doors at the end of each day
About you
You'll have proven experience in a similar type role. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
