About the Role
As an Energy Renewals Expert, you'll be responsible for account managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers.
- Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable energy products and solutions.
- Search for and present the best available deals, ensuring each customer receives exceptional value.
- Act as the customer's dedicated account manager, providing expert guidance throughout the renewal process.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps.
- Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
- Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace.
About You
- Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred).
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- A consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritises customer needs.
- Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and listening.
- Able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.
- Tactful, professional, and customer-focused in your approach.
- Punctual, focused, and committed to delivering results.
- Proactive, eager to learn, grow, and develop within the business.
- A friendly, positive team player who contributes to a great work environment.
