The Role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Supplier Relationship Executive to support the delivery of our supplier strategy and strengthen key supplier partnerships.

Working within the Commercial Energy team, you'll collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance, support key projects, and help achieve customer, revenue, and profit targets. Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Supplier Management in delivering strategic and operational supplier initiatives that drive revenue, EBITDA, and customer outcomes.
  • Build, manage, and develop strong supplier relationships across SME and Major Business portfolios.
  • Monitor supplier and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial results.
  • Own and deliver regular performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Present supplier performance updates, market insights, and benchmarking data to internal and external audiences.
  • Lead operational supplier meetings and support strategic reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues, improve processes, and drive performance enhancements.
  • Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, tender processes, and supplier agreement reviews.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for supplier-related queries and operational matters.
  • Represent the business at supplier meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
