We’re looking for an Insurance Process Administrator to join our Insurance Team. As the Process Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Insurance Team, offering support to the insurance sales teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for ensuring business and customer processes are accurate and up to date.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Compiling and issuing insurance policy documentation to customers within agreed service timeframes.
- Monitoring documentation accuracy and reporting discrepancies where identified.
- Processing insurance policy cancellations and arranging customer refunds in line with company procedures.
- Managing shared team inboxes, including the allocation and resolution of incoming email queries.
- Supporting the digital renewal process by completing renewal checks and generating customer quotations.
- Managing follow-ups on outstanding customer payments to support policy retention and minimise cancellations.
- Producing daily case reports and allocating cases to team members.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining service quality standards.
