About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Sales Consultants. This is an entry‑level role, perfect for those wanting to start their career in sales.
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners who’ve submitted an online enquiry – whether they run a hair salon, coffee shop, charity, or corner shop. Your job is to reach out quickly, confirm their details, and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials, before passing the lead onto our expert sales closers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact customers who’ve made real‑time enquiries through our website or partner sites
- Speak with small business owners to understand their needs and confirm their details
- Assess if we can help and connect them with the right sales expert at Bionic
- Record call details and key information using Salesforce
- Deliver a professional and helpful experience from start to finish
