What You\’ll Be Doing

You’ll be in a lead generation role, out in the field visiting our customers as the face of Bionic. Your mission is to create opportunities by identifying business needs, sparking interest, and introducing customers to how Bionic can help.

  • Conduct face-to-face visits (around 50 per day) with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Strategically plan your schedule to maximise new lead opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact, creating a positive impression and introducing our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to hand off qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.
  • Deliver a consultative, customer-first approach to build trust and interest.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update activity consistently in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll be:

Essentials for the role:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence and valid car insurance are essential, as you’ll require access to your own vehicle (a monthly car allowance and fuel card are provided).
  • Business insurance will be required and need to be added to your vehicle before you join if successful.
  • A minimum of 18 months’ proven sales experience, within B2B sales, lead generation, field sales, or telesales environments.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment and able to travel within the territory for which you’ve applied.
