Organon is hiring a SCM Data and PAS‑X Specialist to join our world‑class manufacturing site in Cramlington. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Master Data Team, working in a function that is critical to the success of our operations. As the SCM Data and PAS‑X Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day‑to‑day operations for Bulk and Packaging IPTs and driving strategic projects that shape our future.
This is a site‑based role in Cramlington.
Responsibilities- Support & co‑ordinate the creation and maintenance of master data within the Supply chain module (SCM) function of SAP.
- Detailed understanding of SAP master data requirements and Cramlington operation processes to support and enhance site master data requirements.
- Develop, configure, and maintain PAS‑X Master Batch Records (GMBRs) in alignment with manufacturing process requirements.
- Ensure all GMBRs comply with GMP, data integrity (ALCOA+), and regulatory expectations.
- Participate in design workshops, requirement reviews, and functional specification development.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all GMBR changes following change control procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, optimising recipes for efficiency, usability, and right‑first‑time execution.
- Ensure system deliverable life cycle requirements are adhered to for all GMBR’s.
- Minimum of 3 years SAP master data experience.
- Knowledge of Cramlington’s manufacturing and Packaging processes and IT systems.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to interact and form good working relationships with cross‑functional/global teams.
- Attention to detail and well‑organised approach to working.
- Proven track record of managing multiple changes, improving processes and technical problem solving in an SAP / PAS‑X environment at site and global level.
- Ability to influence site and global teams in terms of SAP solutions.
- Awareness of the company’s relevant policies and guidelines and overall knowledge of the site’s cross‑functional procedures.
