Finchley Foot Clinic is a growing, family-run private practice in North London, and we're looking for a full-time Podiatrist who genuinely enjoys routine podiatry to join our team.
You might be newly qualified, moving from the NHS, or already working in private practice. We're open-minded about experience - attitude, reliability and patient care matter most to us.
The Role
North Finchley, London | £41,000 + Commission | OTE £70,000+
Around 90% of your caseload will be routine and general podiatry , including:
- routine nail and skin care
- ingrown toenails
- verrucae
- diabetic and high-risk foot care
- general foot conditions
As you develop, there will also be opportunities to provide treatments such as nail surgery, Swift and shockwave .
Training and support can be provided where needed.
Patients From Day One
You won't be expected to build a diary from nothing.
We are an established clinic with 200+ five-star reviews , full-time reception support, modern equipment and a strong existing patient base.
We will provide patients from the beginning and support you in building a busy, successful diary.
Salary & Progression
£41,000 basic salary + performance-based commission
OTE £70,000+ is realistically achievable with a busy diary, good patient retention and higher-value treatments.
We want the person joining us now to grow with the clinic, with a genuine pathway towards Senior Podiatrist , potentially from around 18 months depending on development and performance.
Salary and commission are reviewed annually, with an additional review after successful completion of the six-month probation period.

- has excellent spoken and written English
You should have a recognised podiatry qualification and ideally current HCPC registration .
Newly qualified podiatrists are very welcome to apply.
