How you’ll spend your day
As Head of Product, you will take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of digital solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and delivering a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and board-level priorities
- Managing senior stakeholders across the organisation and confidently representing the product function in customer and leadership discussions
- Translating business goals into structured product strategies and deliverable roadmaps
- Working closely with operational teams and customers to gain real-world insight into product usage and improvement opportunities
- Ensuring product initiatives deliver measurable commercial value in a private-equity backed environment
- Collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product delivery and continuous improvement
- Supporting the development and mentoring of members of the product team where required
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, including the potential use of AI and machine learning technologies
The role will involve a mix of remote working and occasional travel across the UK, including visits to operational sites and customers to better understand how products are used in practice.
