How you’ll spend your day
This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two weeks look the same.
You'll work across the full AI solution lifecycle, combining technical delivery with consulting, stakeholder engagement and solution design to help customers unlock the value of AI.
You’ll be responsible for
- Designing, developing and delivering AI-powered solutions for government and enterprise clients.
- Building applications, integrations and automation using technologies such as Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Working directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Facilitating discovery workshops, technical discussions and solution design sessions with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Developing machine learning models, AI applications and intelligent workflows that improve business processes.
- Designing scalable solution architectures and recommending the most appropriate technologies for each project.
- Demonstrating solutions to clients, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Collaborating with colleagues across engineering, consulting and product disciplines to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Contributing to internal innovation projects, reusable accelerators and proof-of-concepts between client engagements.
- What you’ll bring to this role
We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about AI and enjoys solving real‑world problems.
Your background could be in Software Engineering, Product, Business Analysis, Consulting or a similar technical discipline—as long as you're comfortable getting hands‑on when required and enjoy working directly with customers.
You’ll ideally have
- A strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning concepts and when to apply different approaches.
- Experience delivering AI or software solutions within commercial environments.
- The ability to write code where required, ideally using Python, Type Script or similar technologies.
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems wherever needed.
- The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and recommend better technical approaches where appropriate.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud would be advantageous.
- Exposure to AI frameworks such as Lang Chain or similar technologies would be beneficial.
