You’ll be part of our Marketing team, reporting to the Clinical Director of Marketing, and working in close partnership with commercial and global teams. This role is based in the UK & Ireland, with regular field engagement (approx 40%).
What you’ll do:
- Shape and execute the marketing strategy for the BioFire portfolio to deliver sustainable growth.
- Partner closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to bring compelling customer value propositions to life.
- Lead successful product launches and drive strong market adoption.
- Stay close to the market through regular field engagement, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and act as a brand ambassador at key industry events.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise marketing impact through data‑driven decisions.
Who you are:
Your experience:
- Strong background in product management or marketing, ideally in diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare.
- Scientific expertise (MSc, PhD or equivalent) with knowledge of microbiology or molecular diagnostics.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.
