We are looking for a Logistics Controller who combines strong operational ownership with analytical and strategic capability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on logistics tasks and data-driven improvement work, with ambition to grow.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational Logistics: You will oversee a variety of essential day-to-day logistics tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the UK and Ireland:
  • Act as the main point of contact for outbound order issues, inbound queries, and transport questions
  • Coordinate daily with the UK warehouse on outbound operations
  • Manage interactions with suppliers and carriers
  • Oversee inventory management activities: cycle counts, stock takes, accuracy reviews
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting on any logistics or transport disruptions
  • Ensure transactional data accuracy and alignment between SAP and the logistics management system
  • Execute scrap processes and maintain proper documentation
  • Responsible for U.K. & Ireland scope
  • Strategic & Analytical Activities: Alongside daily operations, you will lead and contribute to higher-level logistics coordination, including:
    • Hosting and independently running monthly supply review meetings
    • Reviewing supply and logistics performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
    • Creating and presenting data-driven insights to internal stakeholders
    • Act as the CSR logistics contact for the UK & Ireland

    Strong analytical capability, comfort using data, and confidence presenting metrics are essential.

    Who You Are:

    • Experienced in logistics/supply chain with comfort in both admin and strategic tasks
    • Analytical, data-driven, and confident presenting metrics
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
    • Comfortable managing external logistics providers
    • Proficient in SAP and Excel
    • Growth-minded, adaptable, and not seeking a managerial title but willing to lead
