What will be your main accountabilities?
You will be responsible for the strategy, commercialization, and growth of one specific solution within the BioMérieux Vision Suite portfolio, a healthcare IT suite supporting both inside the lab (molecular, microbiology, immunoassay) and outside the lab (clinicians and government agencies for national surveillance). This portfolio plays a vital role in antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and the global fight against antibiotic resistance.
As part of the Integrated Solutions team, this role delivers high‑value solutions by combining data/IT with medical expertise and lab consultancy. This integrated approach enhances customer outcomes by complementing instruments and reagents with digital transformation and expert‑driven solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Market Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for one solution within the Vision Suite portfolio.
- Position the solution within a broader healthcare ecosystem, ensuring alignment with AMS or national surveillance initiatives.
- Define product positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation to drive market adoption.
- Lead new product launches and manage phase‑out strategies.
- Adapt global strategies to regional needs for optimized market success.
- Commercial Execution & Sales Enablement
- Translate global strategy into commercial execution plans for regional teams.
- Develop and provide sales training, promotional content, and marketing tools to enhance field execution.
- Support regional teams and subsidiaries in overcoming market challenges.
- Ensure commercial teams have the right tools and messaging to drive adoption in laboratories, clinical settings, and public health organizations.
- Performance Measurement & Market Impact
- Track and assess engagement success through KPIs on revenue and installed base (IB).
- Conduct regional and local surveys to gather insights on solution adoption, market impact, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement of market strategies.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Global Commercial Operations Excellence, Global Marketing Communication, Global Customer Service, regulatory and Global product management teams to align product development with market needs.
- Act as a bridge between global and regional marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, laboratory professionals, and government agencies to promote solution adoption.
- Support compliance with healthcare IT regulations, interoperability standards, and cybersecurity requirements to facilitate global implementation.
- Digital Innovation & IT Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of the solution with LIS, LIMS, EHR.
- Monitor and leverage trends in digital healthcare, AI‑driven workflows, and public health informatics.
- Advocate for interoperability, data security, and compliance with global standards (HL7, FHIR, GDPR).
- Position the solution as a key enabler in AMS programs and global antibiotic resistance initiatives.
What is your profile?
- Master's degree in healthcare IT, Molecular/Microbiology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in global marketing, market management, or business development within IT healthcare.
- Strong understanding of digital healthcare ecosystems, laboratory informatics (national surveillance programs is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate with regional teams, government agencies, and healthcare professionals in a global organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
