We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director Molecular Franchise – EMEA who will work and grow within the EMEA Marketing organization, reporting to the VP Clinical Marketing EMEA.
This is a key regional marketing leadership role responsible for deploying the Global Molecular strategy in EMEA and coordinating with his/her team the local strategic and tactical execution across our Molecular strategic product range in EMEA’s 8 clusters of countries, managing by influence across the Region.
This position provides a critical regional layer between Global Marketing Product ensure readiness across markets and functions.
Deploy the new Launch Excellence process in the Region in partnership with Global Strategic Marketing teams.
Drive alignment with global launch plans while enabling appropriate localization for market impact.
Track launch performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Global additional European languages would be considered an advantage.
You are willing to travel across the EMEA region, approximately 30%.

Final compensation will be determined based on individual experience and alignment with the role.
Bonus eligibility and payout are subject to both individual and company performance, in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
