We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Molecular (BIOFIRE) - EMEA who will work and grow within the Clinical Operations department. The position is offered under an open-ended contract and may be based in any EMEA country where bioMérieux operates, with an expected travel requirement of approximately 20–30% across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy for the BIOFIRE product line.
- Implement regional BIOFIRE marketing initiatives aligned with franchise priorities.
- Adapt global frameworks and content to EMEA needs; ensure clarity and relevance for cluster and country teams.
- Consolidate market feedback, competitive intelligence, customer insights; feed into regional plans and LCM inputs.
- Coordinate regional launch execution and readiness (messaging, tools) in line with Launch Excellence.
- Track activation metrics and business performance; assess risks, propose corrective actions.
- Act as liaison between Global Product & Market Management and cluster/country marketing teams.
- Support creation/localization of assets and campaigns by Global/Regional/Local MarCom.
- Collaborate across clinical, medical, market access, sales excellence, and commercial operations.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- You bring 3–5 years of marketing experience within the IVD sector, ideally with exposure to molecular diagnostics or syndromic testing.
- You demonstrate strong marketing execution capabilities, coupled with solid analytical skills and business acumen.
- You thrive in a matrix organization and excel at driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- You possess excellent communication abilities and proven project management skills.
- You are fluent in English, with additional European languages viewed as an advantage.
- You are willing to travel across the EMEA region (approximately 20–30%).
