At Bio&Me, we’re on a mission to make gut health deliciously easy and accessible. Founded by The Gut Health Doctor, Dr. Megan Rossi, BSc PhD RD - we’re a fast-growing B Corp challenger brand shaking up the food & drink industry. From award-winning granolas and porridges to kefir yoghurts and drinks, everything we do is backed by science and packed with flavour - bringing the benefits of gut health to millions.

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the execution of the brand strategy for Bio&Me, driving awareness, engagement, and sales across all channels. Reporting into the Brand Manager, you’ll help manage day-to-day brand activity, assist in developing marketing campaigns, support new product launches, and ensure the brand continues to grow and resonate with customers.

About the role

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, enhance visibility and launch new products.
  • Help develop brand plans and marketing strategies, including monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Own Bio&Me’s experiential calendar, leading how the brand shows up across consumer, trade and retailer HQ events.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present back actionable insights on how we can improve performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations, coordinating between internal (think sales and supply chain!) and external (think agencies!) stakeholders, and getting hands-on with photoshoots, influencers, social content and PR campaigns.
  • Provide project support, including managing packaging/artwork changes, as well as assisting with the new product development process.

About you

  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management preferably from a couple of years' experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Good understanding of marketing channels (especially social) and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A ‘hands dirty’ approach to problem-solving and delivering results, especially in the fast-paced world of a start-up where no two days are the same!
  • A passion for gut health, and making a real difference in consumers’ lives.

What’s on offer

  • Salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Vitality Health Insurance.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off (+ an extra day off for every year you work for us, up to your fourth year).
  • Up to four weeks remote working per year.
  • A yearly bonus based on results.
  • Share options.
  • Opportunities to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Potential for career growth within the marketing department (and beyond!).
  • So much more!

Why Join Us

This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the Bio&Me brand - amplifying our mission to make good gut health accessible to all. You’ll play a key role in building a brand people love, both on and offline, as we continue to grow across the UK and beyond.

If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing though; research suggests that a load of talented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. So even if you don’t tick every box, please still introduce yourself.

Send us your CV and cover letter via LinkedIn. In your cover letter, we’d love you to answer a couple of quick questions:

  • Which brand do you think is smashing it right now, and why?
