BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial FP&A for Germany and Italy, based in London with hybrid work. You will lead revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management for the two countries, acting as the primary finance partner to country leaders and aligning regional priorities with the broader EUCAN agenda. You will support the AOP, quarterly forecasts, MBRs and QBRs, analyze performance, craft executive-ready narratives, and partner with commercial.
