Our Vision

To be the most innovative Commercial Learning & Development team in the pharmaceutical industry; setting the global standard for launch readiness, capability transformation, and AI-powered learning experiences, making a profound difference in patients world-wide.

As Associate Director, Commercial Capability & Learning Delivery - Enzyme Therapies, you will serve as a regional capability architect for EMEA, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. This is not a traditional training role. You will be responsible for transforming the capabilities of field and marketing teams, ensuring they are prepared to win in complex markets and deliver life-changing outcomes for patients with rare diseases. You will collaborate closely with leaders, field stakeholders, and marketing to understand regional needs and proactively design and deliver scalable programs that drive commercial excellence. Beyond execution, you’ll champion your region’s perspective in global strategy, ensuring global learning plans are relevant, compliant, and commercially impactful in your markets, while continuously informing and shaping the global roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and delivery of transformative capability programs for Enzyme Therapies across EMEA and APAC.
  • Deliver learning in competitive selling, scientific fluency, HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing excellence, and launch readiness, utilizing a blend of in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning formats.
  • Partner with global colleagues to co-develop the Global Learning Plan and translate it into a regional roadmap that aligns to immediate commercial priorities.
  • Serve as a global-to-local connector, ensuring programs like the Guest Trainer Program, Competitive Readiness Playbook, and Omnichannel Mastery Program resonate regionally while scaling globally.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to design and personalize curricula across modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand), improving quality, speed, scalability, and retention.
  • Act as a competitive readiness shaper, co-developing regional contributions to the global playbook that build rigor, confidence, and a winning mindset in the field.
  • Reinvent how virtual learning is delivered in the region, ensuring digital experiences are engaging, impactful, and compliant.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with field, marketing, medical affairs, and market access leaders, anticipating needs and proactively designing solutions that drive business performance.
  • Manage regional vendors, budgets, and contracts, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery that meets regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all learning programs are designed, delivered, and validated in strict alignment with pharma compliance, regulation, and validation standards, maintaining audit readiness.
  • Use learner feedback, business outcomes, and analytics to continuously improve program design and demonstrate measurable impact.
