You will play a central role in ensuring reliable deliveries to our key customers, with a strong focus on supporting operations into Shetland and Orkney. In this role, you will help coordinate the flow of goods from our UK site, ensuring consistent supply to remote locations where planning and precision are critical.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries to Shetland and Orkney, ensuring consistent and reliable supply to key customers.
- Ensure stock availability between factory and external warehouses to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with customers on forecasts, orders, and stockholding requirements.
- Plan and organise transport, including vessels and road deliveries.
- Support export logistics activities when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
- Experience working with demand planning or customer forecasting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
