The Role
The Customer Support & Operations Assistant role supports the day-to-day operational and customer service activities of the company. This position is responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating the help desk, and handling shipping and logistics activities, ensuring a high standard of service and efficient internal processes in line with Biomap’s quality management system.
General Role Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing and monitoring the help desk, logging, tracking, and resolving support tickets
- Liaising with customers to provide updates, basic technical assistance, and issue escalation where required
- Coordinating shipping and receiving of equipment, including preparation of documentation
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of customer equipment
- Maintaining accurate records for support cases, shipments, and inventory movements
- Supporting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures and quality standards
The Ideal applicant must have:

Requirements

- Familiarity with shipping, courier coordination, or inventory management is an advantage
- Must live locally - NW10 7JB
- Ability to work within a regulated or quality-driven environment is beneficial
