Biolyz offers saliva-based biomarker testing service. We provide daily saliva testing with a 24h turnaround time for over 125+ biomarkers. We leverage biomarkers to predict injuries and performance for professional athletes. Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain several LC-MS systems, ensuring smooth operation of routine laboratory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with analytical instrumentation.
- Evaluate targeted methods and data interpretation.
- Adjust and update laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Clear and structured documentation in the Laboratory Information Management System.
- Effective time management to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Work in shifts with variable working hours and weekend duties.
Your Profile
- Master's (with 2-3 years of work experience in private sector) or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Bioanalytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with LC-MS instrumentation using validated targeted workflows in a commercial setting.
- Strong expertise in LC-MS techniques (including microâLC), including troubleshooting, method development and validation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and outside organisations.
- Detailâoriented approach with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Handsâon experience with LIMS and laboratory inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Sciex MS and Shimadzu LCs is a big plus.
