This is a mobile role supporting a diverse portfolio of end-user clients, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and fault resolution on air conditioning systems. You will work directly with end-user clients across a range of sectors, including:

Covering predominantly the Central Belt of Scotland with occasional travel further North.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
  • Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
  • Accurate fault finding, diagnostics, and repair
  • Striving for first-time fix wherever possible
  • Completing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal support teams

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)

  • F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working as a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Strong PPM and fault-finding experience across commercial systems
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary & Package

  • Salary up to £45,000 DOE
  • On-call rota: Approximately every 6 weeks (can be less)
  • Overtime – Saturday: Time and a half, Sunday: Double time
  • Paid travel time starts after 20 miles from the office
  • Company van fully equipped
