Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) – Wembley, North West London – £40,000 – £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a contract across North London, primarily based in Wembley, covering six other sites across London for holiday and sickness cover. The salary ranges up to £42,000 with a van and fuel card.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 17:00. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• Covering landlord and tenanted areas for large blue-chip companies across the City & West End
• Providing cover across a portfolio of 10 buildings for holidays and sickness

Requirements

• Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Experience with statutory compliance – water treatment, fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.
