CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites around Central Beltpostcodes with occasional travel to Dundee and Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to £38,000 Good opportunity for over time Additional on-call payment Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 25 days plus bank holidays Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Private use of the van Full company uniform PDA and Mobile phone Pension Key Duties & Responsibilities. Repairing Toilets and Sinks Unblocking Toilets Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections Pipework inspections and repairs Minor installation works Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs Flexible in helping other trades on site Planned and reactive works Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
