CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a commercial building in Barbican, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Mechanical maintenance duties
- Condensers, Condenser returns AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Close control units on A/C Units
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Extensive building services knowledge
Hours of Work & Rates
- Up to £25p/h
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Temporary ongoing role
- Immediate start
Requirements
- AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 / Mechanical C&G
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client facing
