Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to be based in a static role in Battersea, South West London as part of a 3‐person team. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer with C&G / NVQ / F‐Gas.
Although this is a static position, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of service and breakdown on:
- Split systems
- VRV's
- VAV's
- VRF's
- AHU's
- FCU's
- Chillers
- Condensers
- All HVAC and refrigeration plant across this large site.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £50,000, overtime and career progression.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday (40 Hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- No Call Out
- Overtime available
- Working in a 3 person Team
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- F‐GAS 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
- Refrigeration experience
- Knowledge of Chillers
- Extensive experience working within commercial environments
- Building Services experience
- Good communication skills
