CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in Cannon Street, London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance
- Emergency lighting testing
- Control panel maintenance
- Replacing ballasts
- Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems
- General M&E and fabric maintenance
- Logbook updates and compliance reporting
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets)
- Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition qualification
- Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
