An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Isleworth has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to be based at a Hospital located in Isleworth. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site. This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,219, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- 1 in 4 Callout 1 week per month
- 6 am starts for generator testing - 10 Hours OT Guaranteed
- Plenty of Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor mechanical plant: Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist sub contractors
Package:
- Salary of £45,219

Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified - Trade Apprenticeship or City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 (Required)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
