Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating schedules and customer activities? We are seeking a Planner to join a busy and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage calls in support of sales and service activities, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and any issues are resolved efficiently.
- Plan and schedule engineers daily workloads in a logical, cost-effective, and timely manner.
- Assign and distribute jobs to engineers, escalating ongoing issues where necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and colleagues to ensure work is completed to the required standard.
- Support general administrative duties, including record-keeping, reporting, and updating job management systems.
- Monitor workloads and proactively plan ahead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
