CBW is currently looking for 1 x Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a variety of sites in central London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidate to attend a variety of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The company are expanding and looking for engineers to grow with them.
Package & working hours:
- Up to £45-48,000
- Zones 1 & 2
- Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm
- PDA's
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Booster sets
- Heating systems
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e., Hot & Colds)
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
Requirements:
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e., This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)
