Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (12 years desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
- A team player with strong communication skills
- AAT qualification (studying or completed) would be advantageous but not essential
