Static Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Glasgow – £40,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a large commercial building. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Hours of Work & Package Information

1. Basic Salary of £40,000
2. Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
3. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4. Tablet & Work Phone Provided
5. Full company uniform

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Repairing Toilets and Sinks
2. Unblocking Toilets
3. Water Treatment
4. Repairing pipework and leaks
5. Minor installation works
6. Flexible in helping other trades on site
7. Planned and reactive works

Requirements

1. Plumbing – City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
2. Plumbing – City & Guilds level 3 (Preferred)
3. Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
4. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
5. Multi-skilled
6. Good communication skills
7. Client Facing
