Shift pattern: Continental shift pattern (days and nights, 12-hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) on mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, valves, FCUs, AHUs etc.)
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
- Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical plant and equipment
- Working closely with electrical engineers and contractors on-site
- Ensuring all work is completed to high health & safety and compliance standards
- Accurate logging of tasks via CAFM systems
Qualifications
- Mechanical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services and systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and reliable, able to work both days and nights on a shift rota
