Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Bristol. CBW is recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all‑around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment. Working within a team on‑site, the engineer will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of Work / Salary
- £20 per hour
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
- Starting ASAP
- Covering 2 buildings
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- Changing locks
- Basic plumbing duties
- Basic electrical duties
- Bulb changes
- General building maintenance
Requirements
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- DBS clearance
- Good communication skills
- UK driver’s licence (required to travel to each location)
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
