Mobile Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer – London & South East – Up to £50,000

Exciting role to join a growing maintenance provider who is expanding their operation due to a new contract acquisition. They are seeking a specialized Commercial Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer to serve their existing portfolio of clients within London & South East.

You will join their current mobile maintenance team, covering various contracts across the London & South East regions. Your responsibilities will include all commercial air conditioning maintenance and general building services. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
• Call Out
• Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• 17th Edition (Desired but not essential)
• Good air conditioning & chiller maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environment
• Building services knowledge, ideally with electrical qualifications but not essential
• Full Driver\’s Licence

Responsibilities

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
• Main duties include service and maintenance on split systems, VRV\’s, VAV\’s, VRF\’s, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and other HVAC and refrigeration plant
• Electrical knowledge is beneficial
• Extensive building services knowledge
