Customer Experience Agent – BioIVT
Join BioIVT as a Customer Experience Agent. The role involves engaging with BioIVT’s customers in a positive, helpful and professional manner. The ideal candidate can work independently, under pressure and balance competing priorities in a results-oriented work environment. You will collaborate closely with teams across the company, building strong professional relationships and genuine collaborations.
The starting salary is £26,000 per year. The role offers hybrid working with 1 day in office (Burgess Hill).

Summary
The Customer Experience Agent is responsible for engaging with BioIVT’s customers in a positive, helpful and professional manner. The role requires the ability to work independently, under pressure, and balance competing priorities in a results-oriented environment.
This position will ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, standard documentation practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations, GAAP and other regulatory guidance as applicable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
- Manage assigned business units and serve as the client’s point of contact throughout the ordering process for all projects
- Assist clients by generating detailed quotes, processing orders and tracking open existing orders
- Develop an understanding of how the division operates and the products and services offered
- Communicate effectively, pleasantly and in a timely fashion with customers to answer questions and inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments
- Provide ongoing support to the business development field team
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce
Telecommuting
While telecommuting, the employee is required to have a designated home workspace and reliable internet connection.
Travel
This position requires commuting to the Burgess Hill office. The role is in-person for initial training and will be hybrid after an agreed period, typically one day in the office per week.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in science (a plus)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client services position
- Customer service-oriented attitude

- Experience in Salesforce or Sage X3 is a plus
