We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Programme Manager with strong delivery and programme management skills to join our People team on an 18 month fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver high impact global talent initiatives, shaping how performance, leadership, and development are managed across a growing and changing organisation. It provides end to end ownership working across regions and senior stakeholders, while driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote (UK-based) – will need to be able to commute to our London White City site and/or our site in Burgess Hill, Sussex when required (approx. twice a month).

Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who excels at executing global talent programmes at scale, ensuring consistency across regions while adapting to local needs. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives spanning performance management, leadership development, talent review, and learning systems across a global employee population.

  • Performance Management (Global)
    • Manage the global rollout of a revised performance management framework and system
    • Coordinate cross-regional timelines, stakeholders, and implementation activities
    • Drive adoption through training, communications, and support across geographies
  • Manager & Leader Development (Global)
    • Lead the global design and delivery of a core manager development programme
    • Ensure content is scalable, practical, and relevant across different regions and cultures
    • Coordinate delivery, facilitators, and cohort planning globally
  • Talent Review & Succession Planning (Global)
    • Implement and manage a globally consistent talent review and succession planning process
    • Drive alignment and quality across regions, ensuring calibration and fairness
    • Provide tools, guidance, and governance to regional leaders
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Manage the global implementation of a new LMS platform, including vendor coordination
    • Build and maintain learning pathways and structured development tracks
    • Drive adoption and ensure a consistent learner experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong demonstrable experience in Talent Development, L&D, HR Programmes, or similar
  • Proven track record of delivering global or multi-region HR/talent programmes
  • Strong programme/project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience implementing HR systems or LMS platforms and working with distributed teams across time zones
