We are looking for someone with warehouse experience and ideally a Forklift Licence (ideally aisle master, but this can be provided inhouse). Please note, there is some lifting involved when picking and palletising, of pails up to 25kg.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Ensure accurate and timely picking of raw material/finished product for the factory on a daily basis.

Ensure paperwork is accurately filled in and that product is picked using FIFO to ensure stock accuracy and control.

Use our system to seek relevant information to enable smooth supply of product.

Use Psion bar code scanners for stock reset, location movements and batch allocation.

Use the available FLTs, MEWPs or warehouse equipment to locate and relocate pallets in to the warehouse.

Ensure food safety standards are met and adhere to health and safety practices within the warehouse environment.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 16:30- 23:30 with an unpaid half hour break for lunch. An additional 20 minute break each day is paid. Some overtime is available at a rate of pay and a half. Pay rises with experience.

We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5.5%. Holiday allowance is 28 days per year (including bank holidays).

At Jardox your health and wellbeing are very important to us. We are very happy to share a variety of benefits with every team member. There is a free private GP service accessible 365 days a year for you and your immediate family, eight weeks of worth of bereavement counselling, expert support in relation to probate matters, and a free confidential support line that can provide immediate assistance with any financial, family, legal, or mental health concern you may have.
