Bespak is looking for a permanent, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer on the King's Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary for the role is between Β£47k and Β£53K, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern β Mon 6am to 6pm / Tue 6am to 6pm / Wed 6pm to 6am / Thu 6pm to 6am Fri+Sat+Sun+Mon off β Start the next shift on Tue at 6am for your next 4-day pattern.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of moulding, assembly, and packaging systems within our operational areas. You will be working on a range of assets, mainly cam driven assembly systems and a variety of injection moulding machines ranging from 50t to 300t incorporating automation and robotics, therefore this role will offer an opportunity to work with a variety of equipment.
As a Maintenance Engineer your duties will include:
- Reactive repairs and undertake root cause investigations.
- Schedule and undertake PPM.
- Provide systems maintenance knowledge, training, and advice.
- Assist with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.
- Identify/propose process and systems improvement opportunities.
Maintenance Engineer, key skills and experience:
- Level 3 engineering / HNC / degree (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Dual skilled, mechanical, and electrical.
- PLC understanding and CMMS experience.
- Working knowledge of statistical control systems.
- Able to use drawing manuals and circuit diagrams.
