Specialising in New Builds, Extensions, Basements and Loft Conversions, we offer complete project management and a full turnkey service for residential and commercial development projects. Our highly professional team ensures projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and on time, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at Kovacs Construction Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support on site and off site, maintaining communication channels, handling phone and email etiquettes, building customer relationships, closing deals andassisting with executive administrative tasks. Also organising special events working very close with the Head of Operations. This role is primarily located in South East London but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction sales, business development or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and design industry
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • Experience in office softwares is a plus
  • A network of industry contacts is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence is a plus
  • Located in South or South East London
