About the role:
- Lead, develop, and manage the store team in a direct, value-based way, develop staff rosters, and manage employee schedules.
- Secure profitability and focus on the store's business development based on defined KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, deal with complaints, maintain cleanliness and functionality of the shop area and ancillary rooms.
- Manage organisation and administration of the BIOGENA store to ensure smooth operation, including inventory management and optimisation of product management.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Provide enthusiastic, professional consultations and sales, ensure optimum product presentation, advise customers on supplements and biohacking treatments, and conduct biohacking treatments.
About you:
- Leadership skills and experience complemented by good team player qualities.
- Completed professional training, high commercial drive and cost-benefit orientation.
- Passionate interest in micronutrients and health.
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, enthusiasm, and strong social skills.
