The Alzheimer's Site of Care Marketing Lead will be a critical role and visible leader within the US Alzheimer’s Franchise, developing and executing strategies to activate and expand sites of care, improve speed to therapy, and coordinate a complex care pathway between neurology and other disciplines. This position is responsible for establishing strategic direction through analysis of insights to drive key strategic choices and execute a historic launch in Alzheimer’s Disease. Reporting to the Head of Alzheimer’s Disease Marketing, this position will focus on HCP and site of care experience initiatives but also requires the ability to collaborate and lead projects that focus on supporting the intersection between prescribing HCPs, care teams, patients, and families.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and set the direction for strategies to support site of care excellence, education, infrastructure and operations, and key solutions to coordinate care.
- Work with alliance partners and internal leadership to prioritize sophisticated/mission critical marketing strategies to drive focused success by addressing marketing bottlenecks and complex treatment processes among a wide range of sites of care, including large Integrated Health Systems and Ambulatory Infusion Centers.
- Manage overarching strategic relationships internally and externally, such as third-party service/solution partners, in the development and execution of overall market strategies.
- Set strategic direction and execution guidance for customer-facing teams as they engage sites of care in addressing barriers to treatment.
- Manage complex and innovative projects, establishing vision and direction within a fast-moving, challenging, and energetic commercial environment.
- Lead the creation of innovative strategic plans, while executing quickly to lead complex product growth opportunities and produce measurable results.
- Act as lead of key vendors and business partners, including assessments and RFP decisions.

You have a strong track record of success in deep commercial marketing. You are highly collaborative, perceptive, a problem solver, and exhibit strategic insight and innovative agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 7+ years of commercial biotech/pharma experience, including 4+ years in marketing
- Ability to analyze data and insights to drive key decisions and customer strategy
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with impact within a short timeframe
- Experience managing complex work streams with cross-functional or external B2B relationships is a plus
- Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team
- Strong project and vendor management skills, including resource allocation and fiscal management

- Account Management or Key Customer engagement experience

Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $161,000 to $222,000. The offered salary is determined through an analytical approach considering relevant skills, experience, job location, and internal equity. Employees are eligible for short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonuses and equity incentives, based on individual, business unit, and company performance.
