As HR Graduate, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, immersing yourself in both operational and project-based activities. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions while contributing to the enhancement of workplace culture and employee experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, engage in creating impactful internal communications, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded HR skillset, covering areas such as training and development, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, organizational culture, communications, and HR administration. This role is available on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, due to start in September. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on site in our Maidenhead offices.

- Attend ER-related meetings, accurately document proceedings, and maintain confidential records.
