About This Role

About This Role
As the Digital Innovation & Customer Engagement (DICE) Lead at Biogen UK & Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our affiliate digital strategy and driving digital innovation. This position is integral to managing and evolving our digital capabilities, directly overseeing 1-2 Digital Customer Engagement Leads (DCELs). You will be responsible for designing and implementing digital customer engagement activities for a specific business unit, aligning these efforts with the broader business strategy. Your contributions will foster enhanced customer experiences and accelerate business objectives through the adoption of innovative digital channels. Within the broader organizational framework, you will collaborate extensively with global teams, ensuring seamless integration and advancement of our digital initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement the overarching affiliate omnichannel customer engagement strategy.
- Lead the selection and orchestration of existing and new engagement channels.
- Stay abreast of evolving digital trends, tools, and agency collaborations to drive business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and change agent for digital marketing strategies and execution.
- Partner with Customer Experience (CX) leads and global teams to enhance the HCP BiogenLinc website.
- Engage proactively in business planning, including Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and Customer Engagement Planning (CEP) processes.
- Manage, mentor, and coach DCELs and the broader organization in omnichannel engagement.
- Translate business objectives into impactful digital engagement strategies.
- Design and deliver digital campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Drive campaign success through robust KPI/metric setting and data analysis.
- Lead training, optimization, and development of selected digital channel capabilities.

Required Skills
- BA or Master\’s degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Significant and proven experience in digital customer engagement or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proven line management experience and leadership of a digital function.
- Expertise in strategic planning and delivery of omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with digital analytics and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rare diseases/neurology.
- Familiarity with copy approval management systems like Veeva Vault.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Veeva/ Salesforce marketing cloud
- Proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
