You will join as a Compliance Administrator to provide key support and assistance to the Compliance Team and the regional network of AD plants in the UK. The role will co-ordinate the company’s effective use of the electronic Information Management System (IMS) and ensure accurate records, certificates, compliance inspections etc are uploaded and filed, proactively promoting the use of the system throughout the business.
Compliance Administrator Requirements:
- You will liaise with various external bodies including the Environment Agency, Local Authorities, Health & Safety Executive and Animal Health, so you will need to be able to form and build effective relationships.
- You will need to have good organisational, planning and time management skills to ensure you can develop, schedule, record and assist in auditing the information required for this role.
- You should have strong administration skills and preferably hold an environmental qualification and an internal auditor qualification, although these are not essential.
- It would also be beneficial to have experience or an understanding of ISO standards in Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety; however, training will be provided in these areas.
- You will work as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work alone and use your own initiative when necessary.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in recording data.
- Training will be provided if required and there will be opportunities to develop within the role.
- A driving licence is essential for this role as there will be some travel required.
